These fabulous Big Friendly Giant cufflinks have been handmade from a recycled copy of Roald Dahl's 'The BFG'.  They would be a perfect gift for the friendly giant in your life, husband, dad, or grandad!  They would also make really fantastic presents for teachers. As they have been made from the real book pages, each pair is unique.
One of each pair has a little picture of the BFG himself, and the other has the word 'BFG' taken from the type of the book.
The paper illustrations have been sealed under glass, and then mounted in silver-plated copper cuff links.   The faces of the cuff links are round, and 16 mm across.
The book I've used was a badly damaged copy that had been donated to a charity shop.  The charity received a donation from me, and the book is recycled and gets to live a second life :)
All my jewellery comes beautifully presented in a little velvet bag, with a hand stamped and written label.
