These beautiful Matilda necklaces are ideal gifts for (and from!) perfect pupils everywhere. They would also make a fantastic gifts for teachers, librarians, and book lovers!
These one of a kind necklaces have been handmade from a recycled copy of Roald Dahl's 'Matilda', with it's lovely pictures by the beloved children's illustrator Quentin Blake. The illustrations have been sealed under glass, then mounted in a silver alloy setting.
There are illustrations of Matilda, and her lovely teacher Miss Honey. Pick the character you'd like at checkout. There are a few different illustrations of Matilda and Miss Honey - I've just shown a couple here. They are all beautiful, but the choice is random and may not be the exact one you see pictured. Because these are made from recycled books there are only one copy of each illustration.
The pendants measure approx 4 cm x 2.3 cm across (1.5 in x 1 in). The chain measures 46 cm (18 in).

The book I've used was a badly damaged copy that had been donated to a charity shop. The charity received a donation from me, and the book is recycled and gets to live a second life :)
